George Lenfestey
Principal
Mr. Lenfestey has extensive experience in the design of grading, storm drains, street, sewer, and water projects for commercial/industrial, institutional and residential developments for municipalities. He has 30 years of experience in land planning development projects, including preliminary design and feasibility of necessary infrastructure improvements to serve these projects. As a Principal, Mr. Lenfestey provides high-quality assurance, complex problem solving, value engineering, client management, budget/schedule management, and supervision of processing through governing agencies. Mr. Lenfestey’s special expertise includes completing complex grading and infrastructure plans for masterplanned development projects and conceptual and final engineering design.

Craig Ryan
Director of Engineering
Mr. Ryan has over 20 years of experience in residential land development. As a surveyor, he developed his field knowledge of construction operations and actual applicability of civil design. As a designer, his field experience accentuated his ability to visualize design situations and apply practical solution oriented experience. As a project manager, field experience with hands-on design capabilities applied to a strong business background helps provide clients the confidence in the capable and competent project management that is so vital to the crucial design stage of a project. “Doing it right” at the beginning develops a firm foundation for project stability during the construction stage.

Adam Brubaker
Sr. Project Manager
Adam has over 20 years of experience in residential land development. As a designer, his field experience accentuates his ability to visualize unique design situations. This provides clients with a solid design foundation and allows projects to be completed efficiently and effectively.

Chris has been assisting with street, water, sewer improvements, rough grading, erosion control, and tentative maps.

Daisy Villas
CAD Tech (EIT)
Daisy graduated from CSULB with a degree in B.S. Civil Engineering. Recently, Daisy received her EIT and is pursuing her PE. Throughout, the year Daisy has been assisting with street improvements , rough grading, erosion control, tentative maps, lot disclosures as well as precise grading plans.

InvestorSteve joined Structure as an assistant engineer in the company’s Cincinnati office in 1981.

Jose Paxcle
CAD Tech
Jose Paxcle graduated from California Baptist University with a bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering. He is currently diligently working towards obtaining his Engineer in Training certification (E.I.T.) from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). Jose assists in the design of Street and Utility plans.

Julian Ortiz graduated from California Baptist University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is currently working obtaining his EIT. As a designer, Julian designs utilities such as domestic water, reclaimed water, sewer, and sewer force main.

Michelle Cain
Project Designer
Michelle Cain has worked in the Civil Engineering field for over 20 years.
Michelle has worked as a Lead Designer/Draftsman in both Civil Engineering and Land Surveying fields and has extensive experience in grading and drainage design, excavation plans, improvement plans, ADA retrofitting, volume calculations, survey data reduction, 3D surface modeling, surface contouring, subdivision mapping, and legal descriptions.
