Summerwind Trails

Summerwind Trails is another large-scale master-planned community of 1,807 single-family and multi-family units, supported by parks, open space, trails, a school site, and a recreation facility, surrounded by the beautiful nature-scape and green belts within this site. Residential uses range from medium to high density, and hillside development spanning rolling terrain. The community is phased into five communities, with Phase 1 built-out and Phase 2 CD’s prepared and ready to construct. Our services encompassed backbone infrastructure, grading, drainage, water and wastewater systems, road networks, and tract-level engineering, coordinated across multiple builders and agencies to deliver a complex, sustainable, and fully connected community.
