DUE DILIGENCE, PROJECT RESEARCH
General contracting, often referred to as a traditional delivery system, allows the owner to engage with the architect/engineer to prepare the design of the entire project. Upon design completion, the project scope is competitively bid to a construction firm for a fixed lump sum.Our responsibilities when serving as the General Contractor include:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ENTITLEMENT PROCESSING
- Preparation of applications and submittal packages for Tentative and Final maps
- Coordination with municipalities for efficient plan check and approval
- Department and condition clearance, weekly status report
- Representation at council hearing
IMPROVEMENT PLAN PROCESSING
- Preparation of applications and submittal packages for Improvement and grading plans
- Track plan review comments and coordinate revisions with engineers, surveyors, and project managers
- Respond to plan check comments and facilitate resubmittals through approval
- Monitor permit status, timelines, and expiration dates to maintain project schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and permitting municipalities
