Our entitlement engineering expertise includes land planning studies, tentative tract and parcel mapping, earthwork balancing analyses, grading feasibility evaluations, utility and infrastructure studies, and technical documentation supporting Specific Plans, Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), and agency approvals. As projects advance into implementation, our team prepares complete construction documents including Rough Grading Plans, Street, Sewer, Water, and Storm Drain Improvement Plans, Hydrology and Hydraulic Studies, Water Quality Management Plans, erosion and sediment control plans, traffic signage and striping plans, and all supporting studies and exhibits required by approving agencies.
